FAQ
What is ScrumMaturity?
ScrumMaturity is a platform for Scrum teams to measure their maturity in terms of Scrum.
With its help, teams can identify their own optimization options and specifically improve them.
The Scrum Maturity Level (SML) is a scale of 0-5 points - the higher this value is, the more self-organized, successful and efficient a team can fulfill its projects.
The ideal value of an SML of 5.0 is only achieved by a few teams, as it not only depends on many factors, but also requires years of experience and a high level of competence and agility of everyone involved.
Important:
The Scrum Maturity Level (SML) is NOT a value that represents the Scrum experience of an individual but rather represents the experience and expertise of a complete Scrum team.
Thus, the same person as part of a Team A can achieve a very high SML, but in Team B a lower SML, since Team B may not yet represent as much Scrum experience and competence.

Do you offer a TOP-list of scrum teams with the best Scrum Maturity Level (SML)?
In short - no.
ScrumMaturity is NOT a competition of different scrum teams.
A competition between different Scrum teams contradicts the Scrum idea and is also explicitly rejected by the "inventors" of Scrum (Ken Schwaber & Jeff Sutherland).
For us, the Scrum principles are important and we fully support them.
That's why you won't find top rankings on ScrumMaturity either.
Can I also use ScrumMaturity.com as an individual (Scrum Master, Product Owner or Developer)?
Of course you can! strong> At ScrumMaturity.com, as you grow older, you can also show which teams you've been part of or still are.
When creating Scrum teams, employers and clients look for capable people on the market.
Especially in Scrum, the experience of individual team members in terms of agile methods is usually very important and not infrequently crucial.
This history is very helpful for employers and clients and they can contact you directly via ScrumMaturity.com for potential projects / assignments. Br>
By the way, if you sign up to ScrumMaturity.com, it will be very easy for future Scrum teams to add you to a future or existing team. p>
How do you ensure Scrum teams do not misrepresent during assessments?
Simply, we cannot and we also don't want to.
Scrum teams, who stand to their own work and performance (and most of them do so), neither need to nor do intentionally misrepresent themselves.
All of us, who appreciate Scrum, are aware of the fact that we all learn daily and can only get better through regular learning and self-optimization.
ScrumMaturity.com can help with valuable advice and food for thought.
So, when a team makes false statements in the assessment, it does not only harm the Scrum Maturity Principle, but also harms the Scrum thought, and finally, itself, and it just proves this Scrum team has neither understood nor internalized it. p>
